With Overtures keyword tool you can quickly see what terms are the most popular and what terms get little if any traffic. Having this information when you are building your website will prove to be very valuable. The more popular a keyword, the harder it will be to get your site listed high in the rankings. So when you are first starting out, you should try to pick keywords that aren't as competitive.
